Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Regarding respect for human rights, integrity and environmental responsibility, JM USA Inc.(JM) is committed to sourcing materials from suppliers that are along with our policy.

For the compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which passed Congress and was signed into law by President Barack Obama on July 21, 2010, JM is committed to the responsible sourcing of minerals through our suppliers.

Conflict Minerals(Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten and Gold) mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo(“DRC”) or any of the DRC’s adjoining countries are restricted to supply to JM by our policy stated as below. In case of including those materials, Suppliers should be DRC conflict-free in their materials supplied to JM, and also, they are required to source from smelters validated by an independent private sector audit firm.

Furthermore, JM is committed to reporting its customers annually and to continuing to comply with the underlying SEC rules and regulations surrounding conflict minerals.
