2006 to have proactive business in North America & Europe based on the
strong partnership with Asian manufacturers. We are very
familiar with the automotive industrial requirements such as core tools
(APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA) and the ISO/TS16949.
Our customers will be the tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers of OEMs
in N.A and Europe. We will serve automotive components & the tools to the
current and potential customers with best Quality, Price and Timing.
The main products (processes) are as follows.
- Al Die casting parts for Starter housings, PCM housings,
Alternator housing, Distributor housing, Water Pump housings and etc.
- Fine Blanking, Stamping parts for Auto Transmissions
& Compressors. Brackets.
- Tubing for Steering Columns & Power Tubes, Exhaust
Bellows, Exhaust Mufflers.
- Tubing for TOC lines, Seat structures & levers,
Wiper links, Oil filler necks and seat head rests. (diameter 4.76 –
38.1mm)
- Forming & Forging for fasteners and components for
NVH, Chassis, Drive Trains, Brake systems.
- Tooling for Injection, Trimming, Stamping, Forging,
Vacuum, Forming and others.
Currently we have business with Visteon Corporation (PCM
Housings), Ford (Start Motor Housings), Halla
Climate Control (Components for Compressors), Magna
(Heat sinks), Key Safety (Airbag housings), Korea Delphi (Components for Steering
Column) and many domestic customers.
JM USA believes we are one of best suppliers at
developing tools & molds, skill of die casting, fine blanking &
stamping, tubing, rubber molding and the processed goods with the shortest
period. To guarantee the quality of our products and satisfy our customers,
we always innovate our manufacturing process and
facilities.
In order to satisfy customer's various demands, we have a plan to make an
oversea plant and warehouses, and will not hesitate to invest on human
